The Primal Channel: A 4-Week Journey in Sacred Movement & Vocal Awakening

Have you ever felt like your true voice was caught in your throat?

Many of us hold back our authentic expression due to a great many reasons: conditioning, fear of judgment, and even a fundamental disconnection from our physical bodies. We try to speak our truth from our heads, bypassing the immense power, stability, and wisdom waiting in the depths of our bodies. 

The Primal Channel is a transformative 4-week experiential course designed to bridge the gap between your physical body and your spiritual expression. Drawing directly upon the physical movement and vocal methodologies of classic theater training, this class fuses somatic acting techniques with the energetic wisdom of the chakra system.

Over four weeks, we will focus intensely on the sacred alignment between the Root Chakra and the Throat Chakra. Together, we will clear the physical and emotional blocks in the pelvic floor, solar plexus, and jaw, turning your entire body into an open, powerful channel for your soul's truth.

What You Will Experience:

Embodied Grounding: Learn theater alignment and somatic techniques to send your roots deep into the Earth, cultivating a profound sense of safety and presence.

Vocal Liberation: Release physical tension in the jaw, tongue, and throat to discover your primal, unedited, and resonant voice.

The Sacred Channel: Move through specialized breathwork and chakra activation to let the connection of earth energy flow freely through you and manifest as sound.

Authentic Witnessing: Practice standing in your sovereignty, speaking sacred text or personal intentions confidently within a supportive community atmosphere.

No previous acting or vocal experience is required. This is not about singing beautifully or performing for an audience; it is about reclaiming the sacred power of your natural voice.
